The physicians do not pay any fee to participate in the Physician Finder Service. Uroplasty, Inc. provides a list of physicians in the patient?s area in alphabetical order. You are free to choose any physician you wish for your health care needs. A physician may be asked to withdraw from the Physician Finder Service if the physician no longer treats patients diagnosed with incontinence or the physician voluntarily asks to be removed from the locator service.
